Ordering Methods
Phone orders may be called in at 1-800-901-9555 and 408-263-5316 from 8:30AM to 7:00PM Monday-Saturday, PST. Orders can also be faxed to 408-263-5362 or e-mailed to rallywheels@sbcglobal.net.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be discussed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping and handling or sales tax, if applicable.

Payment
Payment may be made via cash, check, money order, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 10 business days after we receive your check.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground unless otherwise informed or noted on purchase order. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the price of our products and will be included in the total due at the time of your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

International Orders
We ship daily throughout the world and orders must be prepaid via PayPal.

Returns
We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or write us regarding problems with an order for assistance or return authorization number. Returned parts must be unmounted, in original condition, in original packaging and received by David’s Rally Wheels no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Returned items are thoroughly inspected prior to determination of credit, replacement or refusal. There is no refund or return on special order items. A 20% restocking fee may be charged to all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for a shipping and handling charge on returned items. We will replace defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use or labor involved in their installation and removal. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.

Damaged Items
If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify David’s Rally Wheels immediately.

Product Use
Our products are not intended for racing or off-road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items purchased are legal and safe for their intended use.

Wheel Balancing
All of our wheels are designed to be balanced from the lug holes only.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
